Wise Wolves performs all core functions, including client onboarding, suitability assessment, investment advice, portfolio management, trade execution, custody, and reporting, and maintains direct client access for periodic reviews and KYC requirements.

The Partner focuses on client introductions and relationship management, communication, and coordination, and typically has an established advisory relationship with strong knowledge of the client's assets, investment structure, and objectives.

Target audience

Investment boutiques, asset managers, wealth managers, investment divisions of family offices, which are licensed to provide asset management services in their respective jurisdictions and thus only require Wise Wolves' services of execution, safekeeping and investment advice.

Model description

Partner provides investment advice directly to its clients and manages communication and portfolio decisions etc.

Wise Wolves supplies the licensed infrastructure, including execution, custody, and reporting under its regulatory umbrella.

Additionally, Wise Wolves supervises regulatory/ compliance requirements to ensure partners' activities stay compliant.
