The company is expanding our brokerage team, looking for Junior Customer Support Specialist.
What you’ll do:
- Reviewing documents submitted by clients as part of their on-boarding and periodic review checks (assessing the completeness of the pile)
- Making relevant checks and screenings for new clients (individual, company) via World-Check, Google and other sources
- Assisting Head of Customers Support Department
- Entering clients’ data into the internal systems
- Maintaining a documentary archive
Nice to have:
- University degree
- At least 1-3 years of administrative experience
- Fluent English
