Wise Wolves is actively seeking new talent, acknowledging that our people are the cornerstone of our strength and the assurance of our future success. Currently, we’re in search of a Head of Back Office for our Digital Assets business.
You will help us with:
- Set up back-office processes in Digital Assets business
- Handle projects related to automation and development within the Back Office internal software
- Supervise necessary records for clients’ or own post-trade processing, payments in digital assets
- Lead daily and monthly reconciliations ensuring the accurate reporting to the Senior Management
- Engage in effective communication with external parties to promptly address and resolve any operational issues
- Take charge of updating all the information within internal systems, aligning data with current regulatory standards
- Oversee the reporting process to clients, placing emphasis on the accuracy and completeness of data
- Oversee company’s compliance and the timely submission of all required reports to relevant authorities according to CASP and MICA regulation
- Manage and communicate with clients/managers regarding their transfer orders
- Solve adhocs tasks
You will be a good fit if you have:
- University degree in Finance or any other related field
- Proven experience within back-office operations, preferably in crypto business
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Experience in preparing and submitting various regulatory reports to the CYSEC
- Ability to prioritize tasks, strong attention to details
- Language proficiency in English
- Computer literacy
You will have an advantage if you have:
- Knowledge of financial modeling
- CYSEC certificate
- Good command of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience at working with 1C
